Terri L. Broerman

Terri Broerman has over 25 years of experience in staff, executive staff and office management positions. She has been responsible for all aspects of business management in relatively large corporate, smaller independent and start-up situations. Terri’s responsibilities have included office contracts, bid proposals, bid prequalification submissions and renewals, purchasing and staff training, as well as administrative responsibilities for payroll and benefits administration.

As a trained paralegal, Terri has experience providing support to in-house counsel including contract administration, maintaining corporate records, maintaining corporate minute books and managing other confidential information. She has also been the designated in-house representative administering company 401K plans with the responsibility for completing the required filings. Terri has also administered financial information for corporate Chief Financial Officers, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliation, Bank Deposits, Audit Preparation and Financial Statements. The breadth of her experience also includes business tax reporting as well as administration of local-state-national licenses.

Terri utilizes her paralegal training to provide support for dispute resolution projects and oversees the firm’s back office management. Terri’s training and experience enhance our project management toolbox, especially with respect to litigation support and dispute resolution projects.
