Kathy routinely provides financial and economic support for client projects. She has been involved in the development of financial models used to evaluate the economics of various types of oil and gas assets including gas processing facilities and midstream assets as well as oil refineries and chemical plants. Her experience includes market and feasibility studies, fair market valuations, and evaluation of industry supply/demand metrics. Her experience includes numerous dispute resolution assignments focused on issues such as oil and gas royalties, industrial facility and pipeline construction, business interruption, economic damage assessments, industrial property tax appraisal, and product liability litigation.
In addition, Kathy is responsible for providing research and analysis and regularly tracks industry market indicators including pricing, transportation costs, energy supply and consumption statistics, and federal and industry standards and regulations. Kathy is also responsible for data mining and analytics used in many of Pearson Adair’s consulting projects. Using data analytics, we can condense and summarize large amounts data to draw conclusions, make predictions, and understand historical trends.
